The Regional Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Framework project is a collaborative effort between the North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council (NCTTRAC), the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) that seeks to streamline and enhance regional response to MCI events. NCTCOG, NCTTRAC, and DSHS have selected the Olson Group as the contractor to lead the Regional MCI Framework project.

The Regional MCI Framework Kick-off Meeting is the first part of the Research/Information Gathering phase of the Regional MCI Framework project. Core planning members will meet and share information among themselves and with the Olson Group to determine the main components of the MCI Framework and the gaps that need to be addressed.
