HCC-D encompasses the following 16 counties in West Central Texas: Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Comanche, Eastland, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Knox, Mitchell, Nolan, Shackelford, Stephens, Stonewall, Taylor, and Throckmorton. These counties define the geographic area served by HCC-D partners and preparedness efforts.
