Please let this notice serve as a reminder for the upcoming Board of Directors Meeting and review the attached agenda.  Due to the size of the following voting items they cannot be shared with this calendar invite, but can be accessed on the NCTTRAC Board webpage under Voting Items (you must be logged in to view):

Corresponding slides, additional voting items, and appropriate meeting materials will be finalized and posted to the NCTTRAC website no later than Tuesday morning.  The FY23 Accountability Scorecard will be showcased at the Board of Directors Meeting.  The meeting materials, with the exception of the agenda, will not be provided as physical hand-outs in the meeting. 

The February Board of Directors Meeting will include both a virtual and in-person attendance option. If you are unable to attend, please notify NCTTRAC Admin by emailing ncttrac_admin@ncttrac.org no later than Monday, February 12, 2024, to receive an excused absence.
