JPS Trauma Symposium – Call for Abstracts

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Eighth Annual JPS Health Network Trauma Symposium on November 2, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. All abstracts received will be reviewed and considered for a poster presentation. This is your chance to share with others new and exciting initiatives you have put into place at your hospital.

Please pass along to residents and nurses in your area as we know many have worked hard on research projects!

Poster requirements:

1. Topic should be related to Trauma or Acute Care Surgery: Process or Quality Improvement, New Innovative Programs, Geriatric Trauma Care, Pediatric Trauma Care, Critical Care, Emergency Care, Rehabilitation, etc.

2. In abstract, please answer the following questions:
   • Identified problem
   • Intervention implemented
   • Measurement of problem
   • Sustainability of intervention

3. Please email abstracts to callie.crawford@jpshealth.org by October 1, 2018 at 11:59pm (CST)

Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent no later than October 8, 2018. If your abstract is selected for a poster one conference registration fee will be waived. You will be asked to display your poster on the day of the conference and be present alongside your poster for questions during display times.
