Event Details
Please join NCTTRAC at the HCC-E COVID-19 Regional Town Hall Initial After Action Workshop.
What is it?
The purpose of the Workshop is to initiate the HCC-E COVID-19 After-Action Review process for healthcare response operations to the COVID-19 pandemic from March 2020 through March 2021. During the Workshop, participants will receive an overview and understanding of the After-Action Report and Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) development methodology. We will identify the project’s goals and objectives, discuss the project timeline, and introduce a collaborative online tool that is utilized to identify and memorialize strengths, areas for improvement and lessons learned. Please join us to learn about the AAR/IP process, stakeholder engagement, and help develop a holistic view of the response. Your participation and feedback will assist in building a consensus around the major response issues areas and identify topics to be addressed in upcoming focus group hotwash sessions.
