Hello Perinatal Committee,

The July Perinatal Committee meeting will include a limited in-person option. Anyone interested in attending a meeting in person must register using the Eventbrite link found below.  Anyone who shows up to an in-person meeting without having their registration approved first will not be allowed to attend the meeting in person.

NCTTRAC Staff will review and approve meeting attendees. Chairs and Chairs Elect will be approved first. Committees with core groups have established a hierarchy for their approval process. All other attendee requests will be approved on a first come first serve basis.

This registration is waitlist only, to ensure the approval process is followed.  Being put on the waitlist does not mean you can attend the meeting in-person; if your registration is approved, you will be contacted by a NCTTRAC staff member to confirm your registration. As excited as we are to see everyone again, we will always put the health of our staff, volunteers, contractors, guests, and meeting attendees first!

NCTTRAC guidelines to attending in-person meetings is subject to change based on recommendations from CDC and/or Texas Governor Executive Orders.
