This meeting is for all parties who might be interested in submitting a proposal to host the available Mobile Emergency Response Communications (MERC) Trailer.  Attendees will be shown a presentation summarizing the MERC project and will have an opportunity to voice any questions or concerns.  Provided that the weather remains clear, attendees will also have the opportunity to see the actual MERC Trailer set up and operational.
