MAP for LTC TASK FORCE
The Mobilizing Action for Preparedness (MAP) for Long-Term Care (LTC) Task Force was established by REPC to map a course for quality improvement and emergency preparedness in Long-Term Care.
The MAP for LTC Task Force is on pause until further notice.
Task Force Mission Areas
The MAP for LTC Task Force has identified the following three mission areas:
- Facilitate general preparedness of long-term care facilities, utilizing an “all-hazards” approach; and improve infection control and management.
- Promote collaborations for quality improvement and risk management for emergency planning.
- Identify policy priorities and educate policymakers and the public about policy priorities.
