NEEDS ASSESSMENT

The Needs Assessment process was used to annually obtain information to further NCTTRAC’s strategic direction.  The purpose of that survey was to identify strengths and challenges within NCTTRAC’s member driven scope of services and activities.  Data from those assessments were used to provide the basis for regional planning, prioritization, and distribution of regional resources.

As NCTTRAC prepares to implement the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) new RAC Self-Assessment, the FY24 Strategic Planning Assessment was utilized to serve as an interim measure to collect member feedback regarding regional project development, planning, and prioritization of budgeted and/or projected resources. Further updates on the new process will be shared within monthly committee meetings.
